nice rack!
yes, you do! give em up! jeff hungry!
mmmmm... i don't cook much... can do tuna sandwiches... can do spaghetti... and can do ribs... either baby backs or spares... doing 12 lbs of spare ribs for denni and tomi, et. al for tomorrow (saturday). the wyf bought em today... i (ok, she) thru em in the oven (250 for 3 hours, but it turned into 4 hours) covered in aluminum foil, after scrunching some (6) garlic cloves on em. so, took em out, drained the liquid, cut them into chunks of two bones big each pieces, and then added the rub... the rub, altho entirely proprietary to the mcpuffs, i CAN tell you that it contains copious amounts of brown sugar, paprika, pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and the not so secret (any longer... i HATE the word 'anymore'!) cayenne.
then, in the fridge, covered (actually, they're currently uncovered, but i'll throw some tinfoil on em before i retire for the night... i didn't want to trap all that heat in under foil, or they'd 'spoil'... so, i couldn't help but lick my fingers when i was done applying the rub... so, tomorrow, 30 minutes before grilling.. take em out of the fridge, let em chill (or... unchill), then, on to the (ya, gas grill) but w/ soaked in water hickory chips over the gas jets and stone like briquettes to give em the final flavor. and here's the final key.. put copious amounts of famous dave's rich and sassy (no, not paris hilton or cindy mccomas, but a bbq sauce) slathered on em, and then just about 20 minutes on the grill, and then, voila... no flipping of them! keep the top side on top! serve em up... receive the accolades.. mmmm.. ribs... is there anything better for memorial day? bonfire, mosquitos, ribs, beer, kids runnin' around tacklin each other. i love my life.

My gosh! I'm just posting now so that you'll get something other than spam comments! I got these a lot at first. I removed the ability for people to post anonymously and then a couple of days ago I had to add word verification--what a bummer.
Anyway, hopefully you'll get some better traffic your way. I know the world is anxiously awaiting the next McPuff. Ha ha!
We had a common reader today. That's how I found your post. I was curious as to how the person made it to my blog--apparently they were here first. :D
